Private Pay

Therapy is scheduled every one to two weeks on the same day/time where possible. Therapy sessions are ~50 minutes.

Andrew’s Rate: $150/session (Increasing to $165/session in the New Year)

Amanda’s Rate: $80/session (Increasing to $105/session in the New Year)

Payments accepted include HSA, Bishop Pay, Cash, and all major credit cards. Documentation for out-of-network insurance benefits will be provided upon request.

Pre-paid life coaching credits for coaching sessions with Isabelle Borders are $60/unit.

• Brief Text Check-in = 0.25 Unit

• 30-minute meeting = 0.5 Unit

• 1-hour meeting = 1 Unit

Please discuss how you would like to use your credits with your coach during your initial meeting.

Insurance

I accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, DMBA, EMI, Optum, UHC, and UMR insurance plans.

No Surprise Billing

Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect patients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured patients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care. Review this document for an explanation of your rights and protections under this Act.
